I am really feeling blue this weekend, aren't I? The colour, I mean. I just cannot help it. When deciding on this outfit, I really wanted to concentrate on the shades of blue throughout the outfit, thus the pairing with white jeans.

Went out to watch Maleficent last night. Since it was dark, we had to think for quite some time on the location for the "photo shoot". Thank goodness, hubby had the brilliant idea to go shoot at the Aldi parking lot. It was perfect as it was bright enough and most importantly, it was empty!

I'm a big fan of duster coat! But, I'm also realistic. I know that if I were to get one, I would be swallowed whole by it! Sigh, the downside of being petite. Anyways, instead of a duster coat, I went for this longline double breasted coat and I love it!

I've been eyeing this for quite some time. In the end I decided to go for it when ASOS had a deal going on. I am so glad I caved in. I know I am going to get a lot of wear with this coat and it's going to last me a long time. This coat has an oversized look. It also allows for layering while still looking streamlined. I added a navy cardigan to the outfit for extra warmth. Not that the coat really needed it. But like my husband says, I am a cold frog. I tend to get cold easily.
