Some of my thrift finds end up being my all time favourite pieces. I think this navy pleated top will be one of those finds. The colour is timeless. The pleats gives it an interesting texture instead of it being just a plain ol' top.
I was going to pair the outfit with my sneakers but as Coco advises "Before you leave the house, look in the mirror and take at least one thing off." And that is what I did.
