I had a minor surgery on Monday. This week I've mostly stayed at home recuperating. But it's the weekend, I've been cooped up the whole week and the mention of grocery shopping seems like such a welcome outing! Anything to get myself out of the house. 

And then I thought, damn, what am I gonna wear?? Jeans was out of the question since I mostly wear high waisted jeans. It would have rubbed against my incisions, and I definitely don't want that. The best option was dresses and not just any kind but shift dresses. It was just the right shape and cut. It was loose and flattering at the same time.
