I had quite a break, a 5 weeks break to be exact, in Malaysia as well as Singapore, of course. It was a much needed break and I had such a wonderful time with my family. 

My holiday was jam-packed with activities but I still managed to squeeze in some time to check out the drugstore there as well as some Korean beauty shops. I had some items on my beauty wishlist. However, I didn't get to cross ANY of my wishlist and ended up with this bunch instead! It's ok though. I'm happy with this bunch. It's going to take awhile for me to work through this all but I've got plenty of time. Check out the video below to see what beauty bits that I bought.

Sales has been going on the past few weeks. Apart from my Tree of Life purchase, the rest of the items were on sale. 

I went into Sportsgirl earlier this week and I got out with a couple of their sale items. If you like the pieces, head on to your nearest Sportsgirl because it might still be on sale. 

Country Road is a brand that I have been eyeing for quite some time. I love the timeless and classic pieces on their site. When they had a sale, I took advantage of it and bought a few pieces online. I came to one important conclusion from my online experience with the brand. If you are petite, do not get any of the bottom pieces, because their fit and cutting does not cater for the smaller frame. I bought the black trousers in size 6, my usual size, and it is too big for me. Even with the midi skirt which was an XS was too long. Maybe I could alter the length for the skirt? Such a shame though, because the pieces were really nice. #petiteproblems
