Fireworks at the Newcastle Foreshore
Happy New Year everyone! Well, that's it 2013 is done and we now embark on 2014. I am not gonna be doing a recap of the ups and downs of 2013, I think that it is enough that I myself know and am grateful for the things that have happened in 2013. I would just like to wish everyone a good and healthy year ahead for 2014, InsyaAllah.
Anyways, I thought that I would start my first post in 2014, with my outfit yesterday. I am not a party person, so I spent New Years Eve just the way I loved it by watching The Hobbit : Desolation of Smaug with my husband and ended the day by watching the fireworks display at the Newcastle Foreshore.
Decided to go for an outfit where I knew I could take it into the night; i.e. I won't get chilly. I decided to go with this skirt since the material is soft and it is airy enough that it won't be too hot for the day and would keep me warm enough while we watched the fireworks at night. Went for a minimalistic outlook and kept the accessories simple.
